Brilliant hotel, brilliant staff. They put me in a fantastic room and couldn't do enough to help. Room was HUGE. Very good food at the restaurant too!

booked two rooms weeks ago.
And according to the hotel advise,I did the booking online and called them to confirm having two joint rooms for my family.
The joint room has been confirmed.
On arrival, they apologised that somebody has booked the joint rooms and confirmed that they booked two adjacent rooms for the first night, then we can come anytime the next day to change them to connected rooms.
Actually the rooms were not adjacent and we had to split to be with the kids.

When we came to change the rooms, they apologised again that the room service people are not available to prepare the rooms and that we have to wait another night.
We are usually easy going, but this is not right at all.

Rooms were not cleaned properly on arrival and even in the following day.
I showed the photos for the reception, but it seems that this is the norm here.

Breakfast looks appealing, but if you pay for the full breakfast, then you have to order any warm stuff, so it's not a full open buffet.

I went earlier as I had to leave quickly,I ordered my food, then the family came, the waiter said he will be back, but he never did.

All over, nothing went according to the booking and really disappointed with the cleaning service

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed for a family of 4 on the ground floor. There was ample parking and breakfast at the beefeater adjacent was extremely handy. The breakfast itself was ok, very busy and understaffed possibly. It took a while to get our cooked breakfast order taken. Would book again if we needed accommodation in the area

Clean comfortable very friendly only downside is you get disturbed by people walking across the floor in the room above you. Will still stayagain tho

Easy to find. Clean accommodation and friendly staff. 2nd visit here with no issues. Enjoyable breakfast freshly cooked, not had an evenimg meal so unable to comment but has always had a full restaurant which to me indicates good food.

The beds here are really comfortable, and are king-sized so, plenty of room. The staff are really friendly, and always on hand to help, and the staff in the restaurant (specifically Patrick) are a good laugh. The room is nice and modern, I think they were recently refurbished.

Very reasonably priced, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast and evening meal - excellent value with meal deal offer.
