To all the staff at premier Inn Glasgow airport. You have been amazing this past few days!! From offering to drive my dad to the hospital to making us packed lunches and even saying you would drive us to Paisley to visit him . Lovely lovely people who have made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. Love and best wishes to you all x

The staff at Premier Inn Glasgow Airport are so friendly and have gone above and beyond in my opinion on our short stay. We are not staying here to go on a lovely holiday, we are here as our Grandson is in Glasgow’s children’s hospital after having open heart surgery and this hotel is close for us to help out with his care. We had a quick chat with the lovely receptionist this morning and explained our reason for being there. She was very friendly and showed genuine concern and passed on her good wishes for him. When we returned late at night and went to our room there was a lovely note, gift bag with sweets, colouring book, juice etc and a little teddy bear for my Grandson. Not only that but we have our granddaughter with us (Liam’s big sister’ and staff have been fantastic with her too. So Thank you so much. It’s these little gestures that make a huge difference to difficult situations and prove people genuinely care.

Stayed overnight with hubby and our 6 yo. Food was lovely, breakfast was great too. Family room had plenty of room and the beds were very comfy. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant staff were great with kids and had plenty of time for them. The male receptionist who was there when we arrived and left was really helpful and is definitely in the right job! He was friendly, helpful and made you feel relaxed. We would definitely use this hotel again!!

User

Stayed here for 5 nights due to work commitments - bit peeved at the £4per day car charge but - it is directly attached to the airport so it’s understandable - but should be deducted from the room charge as they know your a guest there. Food was great - a bit slow on busy nights but still tasted fab - my room was good, bed as always was amazing - my shower lacked power so that was a let down for me personally, the heater could be a bit quieter when it switches on - the click is quite loud & I know at least 1 of my colleagues made comment to reception about it - would I stay here again??

Absolutely 👍

Stayed for one night for a funeral....arrived from London early morning...the staff happily arranged for us to get into our room early and also gave us some tea and and pastries that were left from breakfast....the staff were lovely and helpful.... room was great as was the food... highly recommend

I stayed for two nights with my daughter at the beginning of this week. I could not fault this hotel at all. The welcome was warm and sincere and the room was spotless. The food was well cooked and plentiful. The lovely receptionist (sorry I did not catch your name) was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable and even though we were next to the airport and a busy bypass we could not hear a thing. In fact it was a better stay than some of the four star hotels I have stayed at. Well done premier inn, we were there for a family funeral and you made it that little bit easier. Thank you.

User

Highly recommend. Spotlessly clean very comfortable and very good breakfast in the morning. Xx

User

The breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly. But the room had an uncomfortable smell about it and the shower was not great

User

Standard Premier Inn - easy - clean - good breakfast - nice staff.

£141 for a room though due to a G.P conference in Glasgow meaning rates were premium ..... I did not like that sort of tactic!!

User

Spent two nights here very good room.

I have had very bad experience with the food at a lot Thyme Restaurants - but I must say the food was excellent this time. I had the lamb kofta and the grilled salmon and the sea bass.

Last time I stayed at another PI in central Glasgow I had to send the salmon back as it was overcooked and really dry.

So I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were brilliant

User

Im use premier inn a lot for business travel and have always found it to be good value and nice hotels. This hotel was the same apart from the lift which kept bypassing us to go the second floor so we have to haul two heavy suitcases down the stairs or we would have missed our flight. That's aside the staff were very friendly and helpful.

User

Very comfortable and clean as always. Only downside was one rather grumpy member of staff who knocked on daughters' door just after 11pm to say that people beneath had complained about a herd of elephants above them. The 'herd of elephants' was one very excited 7 year old who was in the process of getting ready for bed. We wondered if perhaps complainant was angling for a free night! One extremely upset and tearful young lady took quite some time to settle after this and it put quite a downer on the rest of us.

User

The staff are great, the service is great but no great night sleep for me. I'm writing this at 4am been awake since 2.30. The soundproofing with the room above doesn't exist, I have listened to someone pace back and forth and moving stuff around. Can't go and complain as I have kids in the room who luckily are actually asleep.

User

Nothing to do with the hospitality, that was really great, more noise level, again of children running up and down lift and hallway on level 1,and heating remaing on 24,and thats electrical, nice accommondation, lovely staff, and so pleased only one floor up from reception, hsd nkt too heavy suitcase, lol, looked a sight st 5am this morning lol,not the place just unforseen circumstances

User

We have stayed many times at lots of different locations, and all have been great, until we came here. Rooms are meant to be available from 2pm. We arrived about 3 and had to wait 20 mins before our two rooms were ready, not something we wanted after a long journey. We booked a table for 6 people at 6 o'clock but had to wait quite a while for the food to be served. It eventually arrived at best " loop warm", with one meal (Cod) well over cooked. Two meals were replaced and not charged for, but a very disappointing experience was had by all.

However, all the staff were excellent, the rooms absolutely fine...

User

Wouldn't even give it one star if I could, unhelpful staff who don't care at all. Severe lack of communication skills when you are checked in...no mention of good night guarantee or more importantly how busy the restaurant gets and that you may wish to book a table. Not impressed at all!

User

Premier inn Braehead won’t change a booking to Phoenix. Appalling customer service, have another 12 rooms to book for guests for a wedding. Will be booking with somewhere else at this rate.

User

Five stars for my bed the most comfortable bed in the world. BUT I don't know what is going on in the room beneath ours but it is now 2am and I still cannot sleep I don't know if we are above a kitchen or boiler room or what but there is a noise which I have tried to sleep through and I can't so far it is a droning /banging noise like an engine or boiler starting and stopping also footsteps back and forth and when our TVs was on we couldn't hear it but once off and trying to sleep it kept starting and stopping so far for the last hour. I am so tired and can't sleep so premier in I am not happy. I was desperate to fall asleep in the Best most comfortable bed in the world in my opinion but can't. When you pay over £100 for your room you don't expect to be kept awake .now 02.08 and it's happened again . our room no is 215 avoid it if you can
