Office cocktail masterclass parties are very popular. These can take place at a venue of your choice. £25pp (includes ingredients, glassware, and bar steward for 2-3 hours).
You can supply your own snacks if you wish. Start your evening with a few beverages at your own venue before you have to venture out into the cold or why go out at all???
