Prestige Floors

Prestige Floors carpeted the treads on my stairs with laminate facings on each stair in my hallway then laminate flooring upstairs in my hallway. They have done work for me before great service and a job well done.

got new laminate flooring for my living room and hall.great price.fitters arrived when they said they would and swept up when finished.really pleased with the service received and would definitely use again.

Love it. Just got my flooring done so good my daughter wanted hers done too. I got real wood floor and it's amazing, it the focal point of the house. My carpets are amazing too. When doing my daughters the boys even fixed her old carpet for me cracking customer service. Thanks guys.

I've always had exceptional service from prestige floors. I run a letting business and don't go anywhere else, they have also carpeted all of my own house. I found this company after being dissatisfied with Carpetright who overcharged me, didn't know their fitters and were generally unhelpful. I've found prestige floors to be the complete opposite. Karen has been lovely as has anyone else who has come to provide a free measurement service. The fitters have been wonderful, I try to make sure everything is cleared out the room but if something has been too bulky they have helped move it without complaining. They have made arrangements with my tenants for access on my behalf. I have also found them great value for money and have always found a carpet to suit my budget. Can't fault them!

Fantastic service from this flooring company! Professional from start to finish! Gave great advise on which type of carpet would be best for our home from John in the shop and when the boys came out to fit the carpets the were very polite and courteous at all times. I couldn't be happier with the quality and would recommend them to anyone and definitely use them time and time again! 😊

Prestige Floors are worst experience with a retailer i have ever had to endure in my life. VERY VERY VERY poor service. The manager was helpful but that service stopped with him. I was subjected to cheek and arrogance and unwillingness to help me or listen to me from the person called KAREN. She attempted to deny PRESTIGE FLOORS responsibility regarding the poor fitting and my rights as a buyer according to the law. She hung up the phone on me while i was still on the line. Then refused to answer my calls. I was also subjected to cheek from Frank who said he was a delivery driver and Andy who said he was a fitter. Both were unhelpful, obstructive and downright unprofessional as well as untruthful . My husband and i are truly disgusted with the poor treatment and service we have had to endure from these staff members and this company . The company sent fitters came to fix a problem with a damaged floorboard then laid another damaged floorboard in a different area . Then the exact same again. Then again rectified that and created yet another. I have had damage to my furniture and walls which i have had to get repaired at our own expense. I would never ever recommend PRESTIGE FLOORS to anyone looking to buy flooring . The only reason there is 1 star in the review is because i couldn't post this review without it We are sorry we ever entered into a transaction with PRESTIGE FLOORS and wish we hadn't ever heard of them.

The carpets supplied are good quality and the knowledge offered from John in the shop was helpful. In order to have new carpets fitted I had to pay up front, which I can understand. Frustratingly, my 3 star rating is based on the arrangements for fitting. The carpets which have been fitted look the business and I'm delighted with rooms and the 2 gentlemen who did day one. Day 2 for fitting the remaining carpets has been of great inconvenience as 2 days holiday booked from my work and no carpets! In summary, great quality carpets, experienced and honest advice, (once fitted) well presented finished carpet fitting but a real pest arranging and sticking to agreed carpet fitting dates.

I am only relaying my husband's issues We asked if the company could match a sample from an earlier installation

The sample is different in colour but I felt my have been better match if the same product had been supplied The flooring is much thinner than the sample husband supplied If we had been told this I would have tried to source the same make elsewhere

Paid upfront and price included underlay which was not supplied Maybe on oversight but a call would have been nice to say it had not been uplifted

Husband said he had to hang up on telephone call as the tone of the staff member was appalling

Im john woods the manager of prestige floors i have just seen review from Marina milligan I have looked through invoices and sales records and have no one by this name as a customer so if you would like to produce an invoice or sales record I will gladly look into this matter .
