great club and fantastic course , amazing greens with a course that gives all levels a challenge .
What a great place for a round of golf. From mark in the pro shop to the girls in the lounge everyone made you feel welcome.
Members were as friendly as they come offering tips on where best to hit the ball etc.
Food in clubhouse was brilliant and served quickly and piping hot.
The course was the real treat, mix of short and long holes, all with their own challenges. Was in immaculate condition for this time of year.
Wouldn’t hesitate to join as a member or tell anyone else to give it a try.
Was windy but dry when we played but still in awe of the condition and character of this course. Stunning
Untouchable layout and service. Best course in Scotland in my list takes dundonald out on points.
Played yesterday evening, great conditions for this time of year. Testing conditions in the wind as always, but course in very good condition, even before the spring heat arrives, to enable some further growth on fairways and greens, which run true. Amazing sunset.
Played here on Tuesday nad have booked again for tomorrow. The course is in amazing condition for this time of year. We play it every year in the winter and have never had a bad thing to say about it. The scenery from the course is amazing too!
Played at St Nicholas on Saturday and enjoyed every hole, not one hole was the same, loads of character, greens were in excellent condition and the hole course was very challenging.
Lovely staff and Course in top condition
I was treated to lunch for the second time at St. Nicholas by my friend Ken Nairn, who is a member, and as was the first time...the food was really delicious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back, as next time I intend to treat Ken.
I have joined the club during the winter with the view of becoming full member next year. Brought some of my mates over & like myself they have loved it.
Great little course. The outward 9 is fairly short but tricky. Coming back gets longer and tougher. The 18th is a killer par3. Really enjoy playing this course. The clubhouse is great too with a good menu and reasonable prices.
Great days golf on what was a very windy and a mixture of sun and overcast conditions. A real test of your ability and patience. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would love to play again sometime.
Fantastic golf course and facilities. Immaculate throughout and the best greens I have EVER played on.
Fantastic course , warm welcome from a past captain and probably the best greens I have ever played on !
Excellent golf course one of the best I've played. Service in the clubhouse is also excellent. I'm going to come back and play again as I am seriously considering applying for country membership.
Course was 1 of the best i have ever played, well mantained and great over all. Food in club house amazing as well.
Can’t thank the staff here for everything they have done, booked a two ball for my brothers 30th along with two golf balls and they made everything so easy to book. My brother and dad had an amazing day today thank you all xx
Been a member for a few years now and just love it. Views across to Arran combined with a tricky but fair course and a friendly membership and clubhouse. What's not to like? It's excellent.
A challenging course then factor in the weather and each round is different. The greens played well. The remodelled bunkers are a work of art.Credit to the green keepers and members in maintaining such high standards.
