Very accommodating for Vegans! - The waiting staff made a number of suggestions and were very helpful in advising what they could do to ensure we had a vegan version of our meal.

Me and 2 friends had dinner here last night we had an appauling wait, 35 mins for starters and over an hours wait for main courses and when I complained i was given this look that implied how dare I complain we also waited a considerable amount of time for drinks

Lovely staff can't do enough for you. Only thing we didn't like was I asked for a bottle of Pepsi max with a separate vodka they came with a small bottle when I quizzed the waiter about it he said that size was a mixer had to buy a other bottle.

Food really lovely nd the best thing was we ordered starters a d was a nice e waiting time our mains I would recommend this restaurant

Great service, very friendly staff & delicious meal. Even though the restaurant was really busy, the staff weren't flustered. Didn't wait long for our drinks or our meal. Great helpings. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Wasn’t happy with the first table we sat at as the waiting staff were passing behind one of the chairs all the time and it just felt a bit too close, asked to change tables and they were more than happy to move us even asked us where we would prefer to sit, food was amazing and good value for money xxx

Visited this restaurant with my family on a week day! It was busy but we were given a table within 5 mins which was nice. The food was really nice! Lovvvved there black pizza very different and light! Lovely staff and very helpful.my son ordered a Nutella & banana Calzone for dessert and I was told that the chef actually switched off the oven and it’s was only 10:20pm. I found this a bit weird but my son was offered raspberry ice lolly instead.

Just came in whilst on a short break in Edinburgh we were given a table straight away considering it was Saturday night which was excellent the service was good and my lasagne was amazing this is the first time I've visited a Prezzo and it won't be my last .

I've been there with more 3 friends and we enjoyed the environment: Staff very friendly and attemptive, tasty food, nice place with modern deco, good localisation BUT a bit expensive according to the portion served. I should confess I got a tiny disappointed with the size and portion of food I was expecting more.

Food was lovely and came quickly, which was good as we were on a tight schedule. We were told we couldn't split the bill and use 2 vouchers by a grumpy waitress who didn't crack a smile the whole time we were there. She also had to be asked several times for a jug of water and eventually provided glasses of lukewarm tap water after our meal was finished. When I went to pay I handed over the 2 vouchers and the manageress discounted the bill with no problem.

Very average meal. They were busy but it was fully booked so wouldn’t have come as a surprise. Once I managed to order, my drinks and started came quite quickly and the starter was fine. The waitress who brought my main threw it in front of me and started speed grating Parmesan without asking if I wanted any. Luckily I did, but I didn’t want her to spill it in my water and wine carafe. Luckily I was able to nab another waitress and she replaced the half empty carafe with a full one, which was a nice gesture. The main was very greasy, but when I mentioned it I was told that’s just how carbonara sauce is. Was going to have dessert but took so long to get attention I just asked for the bill and left. Not the quality of food or level of service I’ve had at the Aberdeen branch

It seems an ongoing theme with this Prezzo... again great service at the beginning. Asked for the starter without chillies & waitress noted but came with chillies, main meal was suppose to be penne alla rusticana which I've had at other Prezzo's but North Bridge must have been low on peppers! Waitress was nice at the start but actually physically sighed with her whole body when I was putting pound coins on top of the bill to make up the tip! I love Prezzo but this one was disappointing.

Got a meal gift for prezzo, the menu was very limited, left without pud because we waited half an hour for it.. not a great experience.I Don't recommend buying a meal gift.

Food excellent,but not happy !Booked a table for dinner at 7.30. After our main course,when we asked for dessert menu were told the table was required at 8.30! This was 8.10,only 40 minutes after our arrival! Had we been told at time of booking that we could only have 1 hour for our meal we would have gone somewhere more accommodating! Very disappointing!

I took my 8 yr old daughter here whilst on a few days holiday in Edinburgh from our home in Jersey. The food was ok. My daughter ate from the adult menu and had a tasty carbonara. I had a warm superfood salad. It had nice flavour but would have been better with a wider range of ingredients and a larger portion. I didn't think it was worth the cost!

I agree with another reviewer about the staff. Not a smile or a word of welcome. They just seemed unhappy! I didn't leave a tip as I would normally do!

shocking wont be back my son paid for voucher in december had to phone several times to ask when it would arrive,eventually got it in february so we booked for march 18th we arrived handed in voucher which was accepted,we had looker our starters which were gd but had to ask for main course 50 minutes later which came half cooked when then asked for bill which came and were told our voucher wasnt valid after a long debate and we refused to pay they accepted our voucher, we would not recommend this place to anyone and were left embarrassed with on lookers thinking we dindt want to pay,

Very dissatisfied although have to say the staff could not apologise enough. Waited for 1hour and 45mins before finally being served all our meals. The manager said he was so fed up he was handing in his notice! What does that say to people!

I just tried to book a table via the telephone for 10 people tomorrow, for my birthday - they wanted to take a deposit of £5 per person, which we were happy to pay, however I have enough Tesco vouchers to cover the balance of the bill, so said that they would have to refund us the deposit - the girl I spoke to said abruptly that they didn’t do refunds and we would just have to use £50 less of the vouchers! Why would we do that? I said to leave the booking, to which she responded abruptly and said ‘No problem’. Because of her attitude, I was annoyed and said ‘Oh well thanks for ruining my birthday meal’ to which she replied, ‘You’re welcome!’

Great start at the evening, got our starters(which were lovely) but after that everything went down hill. Drinks ordered not arrived, mains over cooked(my king prawn risotto, no prawns and the rice was so overcooked), took forever to clear the plates and then no offer of puddings, coffees etc...absolute shambles. It was a special occasion(mum and dad ruby anniversary/ brothers birthday celebrations). We were overcharged on items. Not happy at all
