Top marks for this restaurant!! We arrived on Friday, 20 mins late for our table booking, leaving us 40mins to have 2 courses and get to cinema for our movie. Service was great and quick, starters arrived within 5mins of ordering and mains a short while after clearing starters. I chose one of the pasta dishes of the "light choices" and would defo recommend - delicious! Hubby had pizza and was equally impressed with his, which is saying something. Sorted out our bill while we were finishing up and we made it to our film! 5stars for sure! Wish I could say the same about the movie!

Reviews for this Prezzo are very mixed but last night's experience was very good. Food was great, tasty, hot, and brought to the table at the correct times. Service was fantastic. Seated immediately when walking in at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. Blue light card accepted without any issues.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch today while on vacation.

They were debuting a new lunch menu and it was great! We will be visiting again before we leave!

Great service from friendly staff, lovely food what’s not to like

Excellent meal and service would recommend.........................

Restaurant wasn't too busy. Got seated quite quickly. Only thing there was away to sit down when Waiter decided to take us to another table. Giving I have mobility issues this caused me unnecessary further pain. Waiter was very helpful with questions regarding menu. Food was delicious however I about choked at the price of drinks. £2.70 for a 330ml of soft drink !!!!! Absolutely outrageous stuck with a glass of water. Such a shame as otherwise a nice lunch.

Me, my daughter and step mum came yesterday afternoon for first time for a meal! Very happy with food all our meals were lovely, definitely go back!

User

Food was very good but the place was too busy for the amount of staff that were on. Fortunately not in a hurry. Other than that I liked it

User

Waitress was not sure which main course was which when she brought them and had to go back to the kitchen to check. When she came back one of the risottos was not cooked and we had to send it back , everyone else was finished their main course when the dish was replaced .

User

The meal was okay but nothing brilliant. The starter of bruchetta was made with what looked like a pizza Base and a few tomatoes thrown on !! Very disappointing. The main course of lasagne was nice but you needed something to accompany it like a side salad with incurred an additional cost.

I ordered a pint of peroni lager was was advertised at £4.60 on the drinks menu; I was informed that they didn't do draught lager in that restaurant ?? So was offered a big bottle of peroni instead which seemed okay until I received the bill and was charged £6.60 for it !!!

Won't be rushing back

Prezzo is up there with one of my favourite restaurants however the last twice I've been I've had bad experiences. First one I ordered pasta, came soggy. Asked to put it back to the kitchen, chef and waitress had an argument as chef didn't see anything wrong with it. Waited around 20 mins just to get same plate of food back again so just ate it as no other choice. Last night I ordered a Diet Coke from the bottle, arrived and it was flat. Waiter changed it with no issue. Ordered the same pasta dish for my main, pasta came soggy once again. Also disappointed that they now only offer 3 choices of light pasta as opposed to the whole menu being available as a lighter option. Won't be rushing to go back.

User

Food was delicious but service needing work. Waiter took away main course plates and didn't offer dessert menu (which we wanted) or bill. Table next to us were offered dessert shortly after us. Multiple staff past us by and not one looked our way despite empty glasses. After 20 mins finally managed to get attention of waitress cleaning the table next to us to ask for bill....wasnt wanting to wait for dessert after that. Was very close to walking out without paying as no one seemed to care! Put a big downer on a lovely evening out with my fiancee.

User

A bit disappointed no items with goats cheese. No dressing for my salad. Sweets were ok but didn’t merit £6. Meal was ok but nothing special.

User

Unfortunately not a pleasurable experience that it used to be .pasta dish had a lot of excess water in dish and pizza was burnt and that was after waiting a considerable time for the main meal I wouldn't go back there I'm afraid

User

My hubby and I went here last Friday for supper before the cinema it wasn’t busy when we entered so that was great for us. Starters came quick then we waited 40 minutes for our main we both ordered pasta dishes which I could have cooke quicker myself at home. My husbands dish was ok I opted for the carbonara which was absolutely swimming in oil. I won’t be going back

User

Enjoyed our adult main courses however service was slow, waitress was extremely rude and when I asked if I could change salad to fries on kids menu she wasn’t happy and charged us £6.95 for a piece of grilled chicken and added on an adults fries and even mentioned how ‘unhealthy’ the swap was! My son never got his pudding either & when we got up to leave the rude waitress questioned why we hadn’t asked for bill in a very rude manner...we went up to pay due to lack of service!! Also was told there was no Irn Bru when I ordered my drink although we spotted a few bottles on the way out. This is our favourite place usually however after the way we were dealt with last night I doubt we will return. ( Union Square)

User

hi, firstly service was shocking, starters and mains came at the same time there was just enough room on table for everything!

3 adults & 3 kids, 2 of the kids ordered the same pizza and they were totally different sizes i questioned this and got told that's how they are made!!! my nephew found a bit of blue plastic in his pizza lucky he noticed this! it should never of happened!!

Toilets were filthy clearly do not get checked often by staff!!

Kids wanted ice cream to be told there is no vanilla what restraunt actually runs out of plain ice cream!!!

Will not be returning here, it used to be a lovely place to go for a meal not anymore!!!

User

Staff need equalities training after telling a wheelchair user he could not have a table we have sat at many times before as he “is a fire hazzard” - disgusted and very disappointed! Life is hard enough and you have just made us feel awful!

User

Had lovely visits in the past but this time not very good. Lady seating people not interested but eventually seated us. Other parties just sat themselves at tables and were approached quite rudely by a waitress. Food served very quickly but wasn't up to previous standards. Plates taken away, no one came back to offer the sweet menu and we had to ask for bill after waiting at least 20/25 minutes. Staff just standing at bottom of restaurant chatting. Will try somewhere else next time. Disappointed as it used to be a lovely experience. It wasn't busy.
