We loved it , food was amazing and the staff were really friendly and not a long wait for you food which tasted as if it was made in italy , will defo go back

Love this place even though they have changed the ingredients in a lot of stuff to cheaper substitutes I always go back. The staff are fab and go out of their way to help always. I even got to have chicken with chilli and saffron today, my absolute fave.. thanks guys

Had a lovely lunch today. The chicken and mushroom carbonara pizza is the best pizza i have ever tasted! Staff were lovely and food was amazing. X

Went for a meal, booked through buyagift experience (birthday present) was a a bit of a sticky start cause of buyagift. But the meal and service was fantastic would definitely go back again

Staff very pleasant,food perfect,relaxing ambience,loved the fact that the staff don’t have uniforms,the casual and relaxed look is perfect 👌

Authentic Italian food. We ordered thin crust pizza and lasagna and the food was great, we loved it!

Eaten here a few times usually a favourite choice at Braehead. Ordered my favourite chicken & asparagus risotto but when it came it was like soup - Far too soft & runny - and very few pieces of chicken....it was like a creamed rice pudding - no consistency. Gorgeous garlic bread side & my husbands chicken carbonarra was nice but mine was pretty tasteless & the soupy consistency put me off. Waiting staff & service lovely.

Attentive & polite staff but the waiting time was horrendous, the kitchen was like Fawlty Towers & the bathroom slightly bogging.



Won't be hurrying back.

Tried here for the first time today and was very disappointed after being seated waited 30min to order then after another 30min wait had to ask for drinks as still hadn't got them our starter came 10min later although food was lovely service was appalling waited a further 20/30min plates weren't even cleared we asked for our bill as we where no longer willing to wait any longer for our main meal never got as much as an apology for service which would have made things a hole lot better will definitely not be back

1 small piece of pineapple per pizza slice. Pizza was like cardboard too. Won't be back.

food was enjoyable , just a shame some of the staff were not as helpful , one was more interested in sweeping the floor , I thought she was on a trial for the ladies curling team , not once were we asked if the food was all right , we had finished our drinks and werent asked if we wanted a refil , safe to say I dont think we will be back

Would give a 0 if I could. Popped in for lunch with partner and 9week old. Asked If I could have some hot water to heat up a bottle for the wee one and apparently it was against health & safety. Been in prezzo with my little one and was allowed to heat up the milk in another branch no problem(not braehead.) When I asked why they weren’t aloud due to health and safety after giving a teapot of hot water already. The issue was the baby bottle didn’t fit in the tea pot as it was a one cup I had asked to use a bowl or something to use to just give the milk some heat it was a big problem and I was just told Health and safety but by the same logic it would have been a hazard to have the teapot in he first place. The man who told us that it was such an issue had absolutely no people skills and If this is the standard of a manager I can’t expect much from the rest of the staff.

Waited ten minutes outside the restaurant with my two children only to be told that you were fully booked and didn't know when a table would be available, despite being visibly less than half full. Definitely won't be rushing back!!

Staff were so rude and full of themselves. Took around 15 mins to get seated .. (This should have been enough to make us think twice about eating here but more fool us) .. Once seated we weren't given menus so had to ask twice. Then the waitresses were talking in a foreign language and staring at our table and giggling, rude!! Took around 20 mins to get our order taken, even though the girls were standing around doing nothing. Once ordered our food took a further 30 mins to come to table, only to be given the wrong order .. Once we told the lady it was the wrong food , she tutted and walked away ..banging plates once she got to food pass. Finally got food and was absoloutly disgusting.. Barely warm. Will NEVER be back here.

Service was awful! Drinks took 10 minutes! Had to ask for crayons for kids drawing, had to ask for parmesan, food average at best. Offer was for kids to eat for £1 but got charged full price! Wont be back

I'm not a huge fan of Prezzo but quite often eat at the one at Silberburn after shopping. This time we tried the one at Braehead and I wish we hadn't. The starters were nice, but the main courses were a disaster. My Seabass dish came without two of the ingredients that were listed on the menu (potatoes and asparagus), and instead was served on a bed of leaves (which weren't mentioned on the menu) that were absolutely saturated in oil rather than a light coating of pesto. I'd ordered a side of rocket, so I ended up with leaves and more leaves. When I asked the waitress about the potatoes she did agree to bring some fries instead for quickness, and although it was good of her to bring them quickly they were really undercooked. My mum's pizza was in the oven too long and half of it was inedible; the base was rock hard and the cheese had gone brown and dried up. The manager was very apologetic and thankfully took some money off the bill but it's put me right off going back. The kitchen wasn't even busy, so I got the impression that they were just keen to close for the night (even though we got there over an hour before then kitchen was due to close)

Had the pasta and the sauce was very watery and overcooked. I ate two bits and when the waitress came to take plates away she asked if there was a problem with the pasta. At first we said no as we wanted to be polite , she asked if we were sure and we told her what was wrong. She said she would rather have the truth and nothing more. Was charged full price for a pasta that went in the bin. Poor customer relations.
