We've visited Prezzo tonight and we've had the best food so far. Both calamari and Pizza were excellent and cooked to perfection. The staff is so nice. We'll certainly be back.

We had a lovely meal at prezzos yesterday ( Feb 28th ) although we were the only ppl in the restaurant to begin with , the service was great so happy days

We booked online for Saturday 27th January. Very busy, but food was excellent and the service too. Loved the atmosphere of the quirky building. Staying for just a few days outside Romsey, but will definitely come back again when next in the area.

Very good meal this evening - shared a large pizza as a starter to take advantage of the 2 for 1 offer. Two of us had risotto, seafood and king prawn and the other ate the chicken and mushroom ravioli. All dishes were delicious and the service was excellent. Thanks to Katy for being particularly attentive.

Great evening, great food & the young lady who looked after us was fun, attentive & just lovely! Thank you for making my birthday meal so perfect xx

Excellent food and service here when we visited on Sunday 12th October. Very friendly and efficient service by the manager and waiting staff, Our meals were excellent, well cooked and served piping hot. Will be a regular visitor from now on.

13 of us went here for an 18th birthday meal last Sunday and it was perfect. We had a table upstairs where they let us put up banners and balloons. The food was lovely and all came out pretty much all at the same time. Pizza's look lovely, pasta's were very tasty as was the bruschetta and italian houmous. The meal whereby you can have 2 "small" portions of pasta was huuuge so if you have a small appetite maybe have a lighter version of the pasta instead. The waitresses also kindly lit the candles for us on the birthday cake we brought with us and sang happy birthday. Lovely food, service and location :)

Service good but a bit over priced for what it is. I certainly wouldn't dine there without a voucher or one of their offers. Sadly only bottled beer.

It was bland poor flavour a real let down and they try to rush you through your courses , poor value for money used to be so much better!

Had a great meal but £23+ for 2 beers 1 large 1 small glass of house wine left me feeling a bit ripped off . Shame as food was very good.

Booked a table two wks in advance, when arrived to be told at least a 45 min wait. Went last fri on another booking with different friends two of us finished our starters before others came out..

So disappointed!! Awful customer service, meals all came out at different times so we're cold we we finally got to eat together. The waitress had a terrible attitude when we had to send something back! Puddings came without ice cream as advertised on the menu. What was supposed to be a lovely family meal turned out to be a joke! Very disappointed!!

It was just tad wrong ! Left downstairs for while ! The wine was warm , food order was mixed up , some of staff could pronounce correctly when talking about the food ! The atmosphere was not there this evening ! Sorry guys poor customer service from start to finish !

Great food, but possibly the worst service I've ever had, food took ages to arrive, it was almost impossible to order extra drinks, deserts or get the bill & only 1/2 our ordered deserts arrived

Few issues... I ordered the “light Chicken primavera” light it was... 3 bite size bits of chicken on the whole thing... my friend order penne with chicken arrived with no chicken... so i changed my order and my friend waited for hers to be done again with the chicken that was all fine... My biggest issue absoultly no disabled toilet and when i asked i got a very snotty answer... toilets are up a steap and narrow staircase... my daughter has cerebral palsy and walks with crutches so getting up and down them was a challenge and she felt very unsafe. Id advice not to go there with elderly people who struggle with stairs. Service was abit slow my daughter requested more cheese and waited nearly 10minutes for it. They did give us our drinks for free due to the cock up of food but i wont be returning to prezzo romsey.

Three out of four meals sent back. Pulled pork was cold when served along with pizza so they reheated it!!!!!!! Pork now heated three times!!!!! Four out of five tables complained. One star for the poor waitresses.

Poor service, forgot kids starters - came out after being chased nearly 10 mins after adults and were only garlic breads!. One hour 20 min wait for main course...ran out of time for sons birthday meal so in the end the kids had under 10 mins to eat mains and cake. Items were missed off completely- then billed for which we pointed out and they were then removed from bill. Kids had to sing happy birthday when just got their food and eat pizza alongside cake.



Shoved into small side area where very difficult for even averaged sized 9-11 year olds to manoeuvre round table and several cracked their heads on lights. Felt ignored by staff.

Ordered drinks and they got every single drink wrong, i ordered cranberry juice which tasted like ribena, when questioned to waitress she brought out the box which costs 59p in asda which was a juice drink which is not actual juice which trying to charge £2.50 for a tiny glass. I would only recommend this place if you want to wait forever to be served and to get any food.
