We ordered meatballs and they were tasteless and in a pool of water. The sauce had no taste - it was like they dumped a tin of tomatoes on top. The waitress got angry with us for complaining and tried to dismiss our complaint by saying we must have been "too much food" and then we re-emphasised that the food was horrible and she shouted at us - saying "why did you not tell me ?!" We did not tell her because she was not around. I asked for a manager and the managers treated it very professionally and discounted our meal - which we appreciate. However as we went to leave the waitress laughed at us and said - "have a great night!" In a very patronising way. Very disappointed in this service. I will be raising with Prezzo head office.

Fantastic food! I had the butternut Squash Soup and the chocolate Fudge Cake, the staff were warm and welcoming. The wine selection was wide and the overall presentation of food was to a high standard, the resteraunt was clean and spacious and gave a warm and relaxed feel. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because the bread with the soup wasn't nice it was too hard. But I would definitely recommend this resteraunt to anyone visiting Glasgow town centre.

Cracking stone oven baked pizza's. Wiine is a bit pricey though

Rabbit is the best thing on the menu. Although my friend Erin would like a pizza cutter instead of a knife.

My family and I ate here in September. There were 6 of us. The food was okay- nothing great. The service was terrible. Our server was arrogant and unfriendly and never apologized for the slow service. Once seated we had to wait at least 20 minutes just to get a glass of wine. Will not be back.
