Very good service I had a problem with my video card and the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will defiantly shop there again.

This was probably one of the best examples of customer service I could give.



This time last week I was walking around in the rain trying to find somewhere that would be able to let me access the documents from my broken laptop - no where had to correct reader.



I arrived here as a last hope. The owner very kindly explained that he was sorry but he didn't have the piece either- Sensing my desperation, coupled with his genuine need to help he told me to wait just a moment while his colleague finished with another customer, to see could something else be done.

As it happens they did find another solution and I was so grateful.



While I was there I heard them deal with other customers, each in such a friendly approachable way. He said they had been there for 23years now. And really seemed to have a vast knowledge and was able to help his customers from everything from cables to CCTV to laptops.



I'd recommend this place to the highest degree. They really, truly went above and beyond when it was probably easier for them to say they didn't have what I needed and send me on my way.

Got my iPhone 5 screen fixed, fantastic service and great staff would recommed to family and friends

Best decision I made coming into the shop today. I was heading out with my laptop expecting to pay more than £100 to get it fixed and I walked out the shop today not paying a penny. Managed to fix my laptop with a few simple screws. Will be recommending this place to everyone! Really helped me out

Been going here since I was in my early twenties,, been nvisiting for the whole of the titme they were open, I still find myself going here.

Ali has such great customer service and is always keen to help and fifind out what's going on in your life. Have never known a shop with such great customer service and as someone else mentioned, not trying to rip you off or upsell to something unneccessary.

Just to let you know Ali, changed my mind about PC Based Hyperspin and am now running a Raspberry Pi based system in a mini arcade cabinet complete with joysticks and 8" screen. Now gonna be looking to build a full size one so if you have any old 4:3 aspect LCD monitors there , I might be after one
