Sue trained as a nurse and midwife in Edinburgh before specialising in women's pelvic floor health. She discovered the joy of the Pilates method after working with a teacher friend and realised how Pilates can help anyone of any age. She trained as a Pilates Instructor whilst living in California and loves bringing the ease of movement to other people too in a relaxed and fun environment.
