At the start the service was great. However after picking up my dry cleaning I found that a button had fell off one of the jackets. They didn't even have the deceny to tell me they just stuck it on with a safety pin and put a note on the hanger. I went to see them about them fixing it after all it fell off when they were cleaning it and was told it wasn't their problem but they would send it away and it would be fixed in a week to a week and a half (for a button!!!) they falsely advertise they offer a repair service. a service that doesn't exist within the company anymore so why is it on the website and the shop front. The gentleman that delt with me was rude and unhelpful. Anything good I would have said has gone.

Great first class service, fast and efficient, staff very pleasant and friendly.
