Had great time with family and friends here. Friendly staff

Went yesterday with my 3 year old son and my partner the place hasnt changed in 15 years apart from the name needs brought upto date revamped and more staff the place was busy the young girl on reception was run off her feet. I went to the bar to get a drink not one person there then went to the food area and got a can of juice and a fruit shoot £2.20 wit..... my son loved the bowling and will bring him back listen to people and bring the place upto today's standards spend money will make you money.

Kids love the bowling and the amusement machines. Table hockey is great fun.

Great bowling, location good, prices good, front of house staff nice but the manager needs to learn some manners/customer service. Had a problem with one of the arcades when there today. Had to ask 3 times to see him and when he could be bothered to speak to me, he was very rude and made a sarcastic remark. As I didn't want to make a scene especially in front of the 3 children I was with, I let it slide but I still feel angry about this hours later. Congratulations you've lost a customer, I'll take my money elsewhere next time.

Was an enjoyable day with the family, although, shoes and machines could do with a serious upgrade, as both are still from when I was a child!

Apparently diluting juice is also only available for parties and not available for consumption by regular customers... Not sure why 🤷

Decided we would go for a game of bowling tonight there was 4 adults and 1 child playing. We ask girl what best deal was which she could not tell (in fact the girl that was serving us clearly had no idea what she was doing and kept asking the young lad who was there what to do) so we decided to do 3 games charge £10.50 per person plus 50p for hire if shoes. they also did not have correct size shoe available and it was not that busy for a sat evening) Two times we told her there was a child playing. They still charged us full price for a child so we decided as to use the 6th person as we had been charged for it , I then went a got around of drinks which cost me £8.20 to be told if I wonted to pay by card I would be charged an extra 50p each transaction ( normal you only get charged this if it's under £5 not when it's over) This was for 2 pints and 2 cans of juice. my friend went up a short while later went up for a drink and was charged £9.20 for 2 pints , 1 can of juice and a pint of water and squash. It turn out it was £1.20 for a can of juice and £1.60 for water and squash when my friend question this was told they did not make price up by bar staff. She then ask for address to make a complaint was told by bar manager that the falkirk was the head office then he changed his mind and told it was Glasgow then when he come over with address it was the address for falkirk not Glasgow!!! When ask he said his boss name was on paper who work there. We have a number of problem with lane not working right ( we where not told of any problem with lane on arrival) we did not make a fuss about just got on with games. we noticed staff watching us , pointing taking about us they kept coming over around us pretending to do work to listen to are conversation it was clear that this was happening. We felt very uncomfortable with this. We playing away on are last game we where aware that it was closing at 11pm we had played 5 turns and I then went up to take my turn and lights suddenly went out on lane. When asking staff why they had suddenly put lights out where told that because we had played my son on the sixth game we had used all are turns up. I asked why where we not told this before they said this was a rule but was not display any where and why did they wait till 10 mins before they closed!!! To tell us this? (We all felt it was because of are complaint and the fact it was due to closed in 10 mins and it was clear we where not going to be finished in that time and they won't to go home) I asked for a copy of rules and which they kept blanking my request to be given a copy so I could see this so called ruled that I had just be informed about. They said they had just noticed when I said they had charged full price for a child so we used it they said nothing!!! They never come over to tell us that this was going to happen they just did it knowing fine well it was going to cause an issue . They never approached us at any point to say anything about this or to discuss the matter with us. Staff where very rude to my friend and we both felt they just won't to argue with us rather then sort it out, the manger who was on shift was very rude and he could not have cared less about it, when I said to him this is because we complained about the price of water and squash he just smiled and walked away. The toilet where a disgrace and my friend husband had went to the men's and said they are a mess also said there was a pint of beer left in there toilets which I child could easily have lifted and drank which is health and safety as that child could have gotten alcohol poising clearly toilets not check by staff and lady's toilets where not much better. Poor customer Service. The staff looked bored and the young girl who served us had an attitude like she didnt want to be there. There was not enough choice for ball sizes and for 2 adults to be paying almost £20 for 2 games I would rather go Stirling. I won't be coming back.

Worst bowling ever, even worse than their Kirkintilloch branch. Just back from taking my 5 year old daughter , we were placed next to the most annoying little brat , by that I mean a drunk 17 year old , no respect for anyone else in the building , place run down , still got the punchbag machine which you then get wee idiots thinking they hard and just creates a bad atmosphere. Stop serving underager's and bin your punching machine .
