I got just what I wanted, a new saute pan at a reasonable price.
The range was good and I picked a stainless steel one to match other pans I have at home. They assistant was very helpful and I have already used the pan and an very happy with my purchase.

Went into the shop looking for a griddle to make pancakes. Lady in the shop was very friendly and had lots of knowledge on the products available on top of that got it for a fantastic price. Would definately go back.

The shop was really well laid out so it was very easy to find what we were looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful and explained the 2 year warranty to us very clearly. The prices were fantastic, as was the range of products! I would have ended up buying half the shop if my other half hadn't kept me on the straight and narrow. In the end, I settled for the wok and chopping boards that we went in for but I'll definitely be back for more soon!

I had such a good experience here ! It was my first time in the shop with my mother and i was in looking for my first knife set for when i start college. Everything was set out so clearly so i knew exactly where i needed to be looking in the shop. Within minutes a woman came over to see how we were getting on and i explained to her what i was after. She described to me the differences with the knives and even took a few over to a demonstration table by the counter, where there was a chopping bored and a whole bunch of veg, she enthusiastically said to me to try each knife out to see how they feel. She told me about deals with the knives and buying combos and even told me that if i spent an extra £1 with a combo id get a knife completely FREE !! My mum had a look about in the "gadget corner" as the shop assistant called it where they sell cheap but fun kitchen gadgets. My mum got really excited because she found a crinkle veg cutter that shed been looking for for ages ! The shop was filled with such nice things, i could have spent a fortune in there ! All the staff members that we spoke to and who served us at the till were all very polite and so helpfully, its definatly a place i will return to time and time again !

First ever visit to Procook as we urgently needed a replacement set of pans. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through the process to determine the best set for our needs. We decided on the new ceramic, professional, range and bought the full set! Exactly the set we hoped for, in stock and no waiting, we even got a discount and free gift.

Bought myself some great knives and magnetic strip to hang them on. Looks great in the kitchen, a great feature for the room. Also picked up a Mandoline to speed up slicing and the likes for making soups.

The staff were helpful and not pushy. Nice touch having the fruit to cut through to check out the knives. Money off as well as I spent over £100 - can't go wrong with that!

It was a lovely experience to shop for kitchenware. ProCook had ample of choices with affordable prices. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was indeed a great experience.

When I arrive at the shop, the member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable,and made the experience very easy for me. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me several products that suited my needs. Value for money was excellent and quality of the products is first class.
