*** 6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION***
Calories are not the be all and end all when it comes to transforming your shape. It all depends on the client's goals
Although we did make some nutritional changes, we did not count calories or focus on what the scales said
... Results are as follows:
Body fat - down 4.8% Waist - down 3.5" Deadlift 1 rep max - up 50kg Bench press 1 rep max - up 30kg Pull ups - up 3 reps
Craig managed to achieve all this in only 6 weeks whilst having a few nights out and going out for dinner
Everyone should enjoy their training and live with a bit of freedom rather than being dictated by what the scales say ππͺππ»

Scott has packed on some serious muscle and his fundamental lifts have continuously improved
... Scott has added 50kg to his 1 rep max for both his Deadlift & Squat & added 20kg to his 1 rep max for his Bench press πͺ
Next goal is dropping a little body fat whilst continuing to improve strength
