Going to cancel the little ninjas class 5-6 . It’s a bit to hot for the little ones to train.sorry for any inconvenience. Junior class on as normal.

The new No Gi fundamentals class has been awesome for the last 2 weeks . Let’s keep the momentum going fundamentals 6pm-7pm all levels 7pm - 8pm .

Remember No Gi fundamentals 6-7 then all levels 7-8pm

Due to the weather the first kids class 5-10 years old will be very relaxed, think it’s to hot for them to do anything meaningful. Second juniors class will be as normal.
