Property And Lettings, Annan

Hey lovely people, a local care Home are having an awards ceromony to celebrate achievements of both young people in care and the hard work put in by staff. This is organised by volunteers and although it is a private company is a not for profit event.
Young people and staff have worked hard to fund raise to allow the event to happen. It involves homes all over Scotland.
Has anyone got any prizes or gifts they would be able to donate ?
... Also we are looking for a band/DJ/singers if anyone can offer their services or recommend.

Well just had my first Sunday roast dinner in the anglers, well what can I say the food is fabulous, lovely, lush good sized portion and the pudding look lush too but can't manage one would recommend you try the Sunday lunches good value for money,.

Well done to Rory and Sam and everyone who was involved in Isabelle Wallace's 100th Birthday meal on Tuesday... the meal was delicious and the organisation and execution of the event was excellent as you were catering for over 100 people - Thank you and well done x

We had our wedding reception here and it was a great night Rory and staff went above and beyond to help,buffet was lovely to I also had my hen party here of cocktail waking both were fab nights would highly recomend to anyone who wants a function here xx

Was at my brother in laws wedding last month , Rob Carruthers, we had the actual wedding at Gretna but afterwards went to The Anglers for a meal , WOW , I had a roast beef dinner and can honestly say I have NEVER in years had a meal cooked for me like that , FANTASTIC, the staff should have been so proud of themselves , the meals were all served hot and the portions were fantastic sizes , the beef was cooked to perfection , the staff smiled all day and nothing was to much trouble, evening buffet was so fresh it was unbelievable , Rory and his staff did a fantastic job for their first ever wedding function , I can't actually say in time they will get better they couldn't have done any better , if your looking for a venue with a hot meal I would honestly recommend you speak to Rory , need to start to going for Sunday lunch in there now too , I heard they to are exceptional , , well done The Anglers x ��

This has to be the best bistro in Annan. The food is Excellent and the entertainment is superb. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the surroundings are very plush and comfortable. However the best thing I like about this place is that the prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is very relaxed. A must visit.

Love the relaxed atmosphere. ..very family oriented ... can relax in the morning with coffee /scone or lunchtime with luvlee meals ....or let your hair down in the evenings with cocktails / live music at weekends wot more could you want oh & nice staff .... the luvlee ANGLERS

Love having lunch at The Anglers it offers reasonably priced great food, plenty of choices and friendly helpful attentive staff It offers warm welcoming comfortable seating in nicely decorated surroundings. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food in Annan.

I would just like to say a big heartfelt thanks to Rory and all his staff for the amazing tea they put on for my father in laws funeral. The choice of sandwiches and cakes were amazing along with lovely fresh scones and sausage rolls you would be very hard pushed to get the good service anywhere else. Not only was the funeral tea excellent but the service we received from all staff they were kind and polite at a very sad time. Thankyou to everyone for a lovely afternoon. Xx

Highly recommend the Thai chilli chicken on the specials board. All staff are smiley and very helpful, and for me that's what makes me want to go back again and again, it's just a bonus that the huge food and drinks choices are also as exceptional as the fantastic customer service �

Held a charity fundraiser recently and had The Anglers cater for it and it was a fabulous buffet which everyone enjoyed. Would definitely use again for any event. I also have lunch here regularly with the girls and it is always empty plates all round. Superb place

Great bar, and also a great place for functions. Was at a Christmas function there last night which was great- entertainment, food, great atmosphere. In addition,They also catered for our child's christening earlier this year, looking after 160+ guests. Sam and Rory couldn't have been more helpful. The choice of food was great, and cooked to a high standard. Later on when it died down a little, they even came round with complimentary cocktail tasters for people as well. If you are looking for a high standard function venue with great customer service then this is the place. Well done guys
