The point of this service is to provide a property experience report to enhance the often dry and clinical details that the estate agents deliver.

The aim of my property video and report is to describe the finer details, the sense of place, the beauty or otherwise of the view from the house windows. To express a narrative of the surrounding countryside, the noises, the smells, the wild life in the area. To provide an understanding of being in and around a particular property. What difficulties may be encountered by living there? Where the nearest pub and restaurant are and what are they like? Where might any nuisance factors come from and what are they likely to be?
