Although he suffers from Asperger's, Ryan is a kind, thoughtful chap with excellent timekeeping and punctuality. But because of his condition, he was finding it really hard t...o even be considered for a job. After being introduced to him by the local Job Centre Plus, and following an interview with Ryan, we were pleased to offer him employment in our warehouse, where he has already settled in and is getting on with the rest of the staff really well.
