Never showed up. Booked in advance. Email confirmation and never showed. Phoned company and no answer. Left a voicemail and never returned call. Avoid them. Wish I had read reviews before trusting this company as seems to be a common theme of not showing up

I've been using Pure Cleaning to clean our house for a couple of years with a regular cleaner coming in every week. Never had any issues with the cleaner and she always leaves the house absolutely spotless. All my emails sent to them get picked up very quickly and they always get back to me. They are also very accommodating when it comes to any changes or additional cleaning requests. I am very happy with the service they provide and so would highly recommend.
