Very pleased with my lash extensions, Krista gave me great aftercare advice and was very professional and friendly. She did a great job on my lashes especially as my own ones are very thin at the moment, I’m so pleased and have booked in again with her for 2 weeks’ time.

I have also in the past had a facial and pedicure her, both of which were lovely. The spa is always very clean and the reception staff are polite and welcoming. Thank you!

This was my second time for city survival spa package, and was great again. Sharlene was excellent host, massage was very relaxing, just what I needed. I had a bit dry skin after holiday, but now after Elemis facial it looks healthy and glowing. I hope the Elemis kit she recommended will keep my skin in good condition until next visit.

Been going to PURE for over a year now and highly recommend it. Lovely atmosphere and the staff are really nice. I have the app which is good for keeping track of appointments and rescheduling. Also easy for parking

Nails done to very high standard. Was part of my mum's 70th birthday treats - she had a lovely time the staff were very friendly and patient and sat us all together so we could chat while getting our nails done.

Booked for a Deluxe gel polish, not impressed , after only two days nails started to chip.

After trying to book online and several strings of emails months before the date. I finally thought I'd been booked in for my day at the spa. Alas no one bothered to email back with details. I even called to book in as well so my full day voucher wouldnt expire before I had a chance to use it. After calling again to confirm I was told my day wasnt booked and they were sorry but couldnt do anything about it except I come in on a weekday in the morning (some of us have 9-5s). I just think its poor planning and management if someone has to plan a spa day 1 to 2 months in advance and find out there was no follow up what so ever! Take down your online booking form, its nonsense.
