Pure Gym - Excellent Yoga
I’ve been to various types yoga classes over the years, but the Friday evening class at Charing Cross led by Kartik Ruhela is a whole different experience. After just a few weeks, I can feel the positive benefits in terms of increased strength, flexibility and balance. It’s such a great way to start the weekend and the level of challenge and energy output is just right. I also find I sleep better after the class due to the mediation and breathing exercises. Any chance we could have another session mid week? Book the class early because it is getting busier by the week.

Padlock mechanism easily gets stuck in lockers. Two times out of three that I've been there locker rooms smell of excrements (toilets and changing rooms are pretty much the same room). Showers cleanliness is also borderline.
Decent enough workout equipment.

Good equipment, spacious enough but the new adaptations to the upstairs stretching area makes it look a bit crowded and awkward at times. Also lacks of free to use home like scales which other pure gym have . Friendly staff tho

Great facilities, and you cannot miss Lynsey's pump classes which are super good!

Great gym! Parking can be tricky but as a gym it's fab and has the death walking machines! 😂
