Puregym Glasgow Hope Street

I prefer going to any PureGym branch because I know I can expect a good level of service and find all necessary equipment there. The disadvantage of Hope Street branch is that its too crowded after work hours.

Good gym. Though can get crowded past 4pm during weekdays. Good clean equipment and friendly staff

I didn't feel motivated by the layout or interior and I didn't like the door entry/exit system.
Plus bring a padlock for the locker. The text with my pin code could have mentioned this as it would have been a nice heads up.
Overall a clean gym with good equipment and helpful staff, hence two stars and not one star.

So much equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Great change rooms with plenty of lockers, showers and hairdryers.

Fantastic budget gym! Central location, open 24 hours, free classes, always immaculate, equipment is top quality and friendly staff make this a brilliant gym for the very low cost. The only downside I could say is that the changing rooms are really small however you can excuse this considering the amount they pack into the gym areas.

Great gym and staff. Changing rooms need expanded though. Not enough space and there are still folk changing in the toilets! Would be nice to have the option of privacy too.

Good variety of weights/ machines and space and not overly busy when I workout mainly between 1600-1730 M-F. Changing rooms are small and can be awkward if more than one person is accessing lockers next/ above each other. Generally clean throughout, although I've noticed the further we move away from the peak recruitment period at the start of the year the toilets and shower areas are not cleaned as frequently. Staff are friendly. Location is great, right in city centre and can't argue with the budget price

Great value gym with plenty of brand new equipment and loads of classes at times to suit all throughout the week...

Trainers are good. But they are always into girls. And do not concentrate on other people doing wrong exercises.

Absolutely brilliant classes and great instructors! Someone once warmed me off about "cheap soulless gyms" but they couldn't be more wrong. I've just finished four weeks going to three lunchtime classes a week and can not praise the trainers highly enough (Lee, Blair & Lauren) and really nice other members. A fantastic gym that I love going to. Thanks guys!
