Excellent gym with a fantastic selection of free weights, cardio equipment and machines. Gym is very clean and staff are friendly. Best gym I have been to by far.

Often busy, and despite the size of the out of town unit, it's not huge inside. There is the full range of equipment on site, but not a lot of each (especially if it's not the cardio equipment you want to use). As it has a free car park outside it's usually busy even well into the late evening. It does however feel a safer gym to go to at night if your alone, as opposed to ones in city centre.

Also, try not get tempted by McDonald's right outside after you've had your workout!

Good equipment, always free carpark, money for value. Only what's missing to perfection is swimming pool , cross fit and boxing equipment

Lots of equipment, many classes to choose from. But very, very busy during the day, so mostly I go at night when it's almost empty. So great that it's open 24/7, and right next to ASDA that's also open all the time!

Dont go after christmas abs waste of time cannot get on any equipment had to que to get in then wait to get out waste of time going january
