Not as many machines as other gyms but the free weights go up to 50kg on the dumbbells and there's plenty of racks and benches.

24/7 value for money and the stuff and clients are all very friendly and helpfull.

Good gym, good facilities, nice staff, and fair price. Gets too busy sometimes, and parking can be an issue hence 4 stars instead of 5
