was in today for my first Induction with Assistant Gym Manager

at paisley very good induction and he was very helpful helped me set up my locker padlock

then reset it later as mix up with password also had bother getting in and out building dumb ass i am but Got there in the end try one of the indoor cycles

did not want to do too much first day as ant done anything in 17 years so big step for me AS BEEN ON LONG TERM SICK

Wonderful place. Great atmosphere, lovely staff, good music. Just wish the public would stop marinating the gym equipment, either use it or lose it, we don’t have all day.

Very good gym. Easy to access with a variety of cardio machines , with Good space around the gym between weight traning equipment and space in general.



The gym has also got the option for you to train with free weights & dumbells & bars etc, or you can use the fixed resistance machines witch have all you need fir all the major body areas.



Changing rooms offers showers and locking of valuables etc, which is usefull and the gym also offers loads if fitness classes.



The best thing i like about this gym is, you can go any time you like, as it is open 24 hours a day.����

Suits me perfectly. I can dump my bag in a locker in the morning, go to the train station, commute to work, work and come back 8-9 hours later for a workout on good machines and then return back to my flat (I lost 20 calories only writing this long sentence...). Not too overcrowded either and great prices.



I seems like it attracts many in my life situation too (morbid obese). Perfect for me !

Plenty of machines and plenty of classes. 👌🏻

On Friday 18th of March my dad collapsed in the gym which was a cardiac arrest with the help of the gym staff and a female doctor they did CPR and also had to use a shock box which managed to get him breathing again I am desperate to find the female doctor as would love to thank her in person for saving my dads life that night , if any one knows who she is please please get in touch! Thanks so much again

I'm looking to find out the name of the female GP who assisted my brother when he collapsed at the gym on Friday evening. She and the gym staff saved his life with CPR and used a shock box on him and he is now doing well and out of hospital. I would very much like to speak to her to pass on our gratitude , hope someone can help with this request- many thanks.

I must admit I love this gym as a bigger girl I love that the staff explain all and give you alternatives things to do at the classes. I strongly recommend this gym to everyone older people and bigger people and all the people who go to the gym is very friendly to. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy the equipment is brilliant.

I love coming to pure gym, it's always a good atmosphere and always friendly. It's like my second home....would defiantly recommend to anyone 😁

Great gym, especially when you can go the quiet times and don't have to wait for the equipment... Though on the days with the warmer weather, wouldn't hurt to have the air con on so that we can breathe!

Great gym plenty of apperatice to use. Wish people would wipe down equipment when finished. Nothing worse than sitting on someone elses sweat. Disgusting. Also would like to add about the state of the equipment that could do with an good clean and better maintained as reported a broken bolt on a machine 2 weeks ago and it still hasnt been fixed. Time you listened to your users as we are the ones paying for it.

Great gym and staff are helpful I have just started back and it’s great to see familiar faces that worked there before did kettlebells class this morning and it’s great instructor ally was really good
