Hi there!
I'm Lexi, a 40 year old housewife, and mum of one. Our little family has recently moved to The Highlands of Scotland for a change of life and I can highly recommend following your dreams!
Purple-Bug Crafts is a hobby which I am now devoting my time to, between caring for my son, Harry. I have been an Assistant Headteacher for many years and am now enjoying having the time to craft as I have left the teaching profession!
I only make things I like but I also make to order. Items are bespoke and individual. There may be a number of cards, bags or jewellery on the same theme, but no two are the same!
I don't have one thing that I like to do more than others, hence my crafts are expanding all the time. I love buttons and beads, so these tend to run through most of my items. I currently make and sell:

Purple-Bug Crafts isn't really about making money, but about sharing my love of crafting. I'd never be able to sell things if I charged by the hour - so I sell to cover my costs. This means I can then buy more crafting bits! !
