SOMETHING TO READ OVER YOUR TEA
Steve Gouves dies a billionaire, with a fortune of $ 7 billion, at the age of 56 from pancreatic cancer, and here are some of his last words:
In other eyes, my life is the essence of success, but aside from work, I have a little joy, and in the end wealth is just a fact of life to which I am accustomed.
... At this moment, lying on the bed, sick and remembering all my life, I realize that all my recognition and wealth that I have is meaningless in the face of imminent death.
You can hire someone to drive a car for you, make money for you - but you can not rent someone to carry the disease for you. One can find material things, but there is one thing that can not be found when it is lost - "life".
Treat yourself well, and cherish others. As we get older we are smarter, and we slowly realize that the watch is worth $ 30 or $ 300 - both of which show the same time.
Whether we carry a purse worth $ 30 or $ 300 - the amount of money in the wallets are the same. Whether we drive a car worth $ 150,000, or a car worth $ 30,000 - the road and distance are the same, we reach the same destination. If we drink a bottle worth $ 300 or wine worth $ 10 - the "stroller" will be the same.
If the house we live in is 300 square meters, or 3000 square meters - the loneliness is the same. Your true inner happiness does not come from the material things of this world. Whether you're flying first class, or economy class - if the plane crashes, you crash with it.
So, I hope you understand that when you have friends or someone to talk to - this is true happiness!
Five Undeniable Facts-
1. Do not educate your children to be rich. Educate them to be happy. - So when they grow up they will know the value of things, not the price.
2. Eat your food as medicine, otherwise you will need to eat your medicine as food.
3. Whoever loves you will never leave you, even if he has 100 reasons to give up. He will always find one reason to hold on.
4. There is a big difference between being human and human being.
5. If you want to go fast - go alone! But if you want to go far - go together!
And in conclusion, The six best doctors in the world. 1. Sunlight 2. Rest 3. Exercise 4. Diet 5. Self-confidence 6. Friends
Keep them in all stages of life and enjoy a healthy life.
"Love the people God sent you, one day he'll need them back."

MUDRA OF THE MONTH (APRIL) PRITHVI MUDRA
It is known that the prithvi mudra is capable of increasing the earth element within the individual, which strengthens and heals the physical body.
... Benefits: Regular practice of this mudra helps to improve the body strength. It keeps the body stable. Improves self confidence, gets rid of confusion, anxiety, fearfulness, fickle mindedness. Makes the body and mind more stable and concentrated. It is famously known for improving weight fluctuations and hair growth.
When used as part of a spiritual practice, the prithvi mudra is thought to influence the muladhara (root) chakra, which governs the individual's sense of stability, rootedness and security. This chakra is also associated with instincts and one's primal nature.

How many years of beauty do I have left? she asks me. How many more do you want? Here. Here is 34. Here is 50.
... When you are 80 years old and your beauty rises in ways your cells cannot even imagine now and your wild bones grow luminous and ripe, having carried the weight of a passionate life.
When your hair is aflame with winter and you have decades of learning and leaving and loving sewn into the corners of your eyes and your children come home to find their own history in your face.
When you know what it feels like to fail ferociously and have gained the capacity to rise and rise and rise again.
When you can make your tea on a quiet and ridiculously lonely afternoon and still have a song in your heart Queen owl wings beating beneath the cotton of your sweater.
Because your beauty began there beneath the sweater and the skin, remember?
This is when I will take you into my arms and coo YOU BRAVE AND GLORIOUS THING you've come so far.
I see you. Your beauty is breathtaking.

MUDRA OF THE MONTH (March) Tse mudra This Mudra is for depression and anxiety
Understanding that hand gestures actually activate different regions of the brain and start to shift energy through the body is what makes the mudra work. Therefore, by holding Tse Mudra in our hands and fingers in the correct position we can eliminate stress and depression.
... How to do this Mudra? *look at the palm of your hands, whilst taking a few deep Breaths in always breathing through your nose, both hands in this Mudra * Make your thumb touch the area at the base of the inside of the little finger of the same hand. *make a fist by rolling the four fingers of your hand over your thumb. Now focus your mind on your breath coming and going through your nose, pulling belly in on the exhalation. *personally I would use the light therapy meditation the one I do in my classes (light passing through the body) draining all depression, anxiety from you. *To be practiced in our meditation for 10-15 minutes

MUDRA OF THE MONTH (February). KASHYAPA MUDRA
This Mudra symbolizes the tortoise, it also is the union of masculine and feminine energies. Just Like a little tortoise it creates a seal against negative energies. Use it when you find yourself in situation that are aggressive or conflicting or when you are in group of negative people (that could be family, work).
... This Mudra is fab to use when you are looking at your past or situations that have been unpleasant HOLD THIS Mudra. In my classes over February we will look at our root chakra as this combined with kashyapa mudra will create complete grounding.
Make a fist and keep the tip of thumb between the pad of middle and ring finger as indicated. Sit comfortably with palms facing upwards. Breathe deeply and relax your torso. You can do this mudra when needed for 5 to 15 minutes.
Affirmation: I am protected and experiencing bliss right now

MUDRA OF THE MONTH (JANUARY) KSEPANA MUDRA
Great Mudra for January, drains negative chi (energy) and attracts positive fresh chi. This Mudra helps to detoxify, destress, release irritation and frustration, and strengthen optimistic thoughts and vibrant health. The specific position of the hands is extremely important when performing Ksepana, as is the length of time you hold the hand gesture (recommended for 15 slow breathes min), but again Mudras are great throughout your ...meditation.
Pointed fingers towards your feet (great to practice when lying down or seated meditation after your yoga asanas (postures)
