Chelsea is doing bloody amazing and working so hard in these sessions and also putting in the work out with too and getting those steps in
... She’s made changes to her eating and being stricter during the week to allow herself to be more relaxed at the weekends and still enjoy nights out

Motivated In May Challenge
Summer is just around the corner so it’s time to get us working up a sweat
Mays challenge will have two parts to it and will be completed every day to be in with a chance of winning amazing prizes
... Part 1 - 5k a day in May Walk, run or cycle 5k every day in May This does not need to be completed in a oner, so you can do half in the morning and half at night if that works better for you for time It must be posted every day on the daily post
Part 2 - Word Workout The night before I will post a word and using the sheet below you will spell out that word with the exercises for each letter You might want to save or screenshot the photo You will get extra points and be in with a bigger chance of winning if you post a picture of you doing some of the exercises from that day You can add this in to your own home workouts, do at the end of your run or do it at the gym. You can do it in the morning, during the day or at night it is completely up to you
Anyone can take part in this. You do not need to be a class participant or client. It is completely free to take part in and is a little bit of fun to get you moving more
As I’m away on holiday through out May this is the perfect challenge to keep everyone on track and continuing to exercise as well as your workouts - don’t worry I’ll still be doing this on holiday too

Not every workout will be your best workout
Two different photos from two very different days
Yesterday I went to the gym and it was honestly the worst session of my life. I was absolutely exhausted and in hindsight I would have probably been better going home for a sleep than going to the gym. Lots of long days with clients and lots of late nights doing paperwork and then a long day doing the Kiltwalk. I even fell sound asleep on the sunbed and then was out for the count o...n a half an hour break between clients, thankfully I had set an alarm to wake me up 🤦🏽‍♀️
Fast forward to today, after a decent nights sleep I absolutely loved today’s leg session. Yes my legs are still a bit tight from Sunday but they soon loosened off
There will be days that you smash it in the gym, there will be days that you have no motivation at all but still get it done and there will be days you need to listen to your body but just don’t confuse needed rest with laziness xxx

I cannot recommend Steph highly enough.



As soon as I heard Steph was trained & qualified as a PT Instructor, I couldn't wait to get booked in! I attend Steph's Kettlebell classes & LOVE them so I knew I would be comfortable doing my PT sessions with her.



I've since completed 10 PT sessions, a miracle for me! I absolutely, hand on heart, loved them!

Steph had a different session plan every time I went, so I never got bored! I cannot imagine the time & effort put into these sessions but I am forever grateful for it! Steph is friendly, professional, funny, understating, encouraging among many other things & has an absolute passion for what she does. I look forward to my next 10 sessions with her X

I am half way through my second block of sessions with Steph. Steph constantly encourages me & pushes me to do the best that I can in every session! I'm now well on my way to reaching all my goals & this is thanks to Steph.
