Q Bikes

Having a really limited knowledge of bikes I was slightly daunted, no need. Helpful, knowledgeable and honest, what more can you ask for. I would recommend to all and will certainly use again. Thanks guys!

Fantastic service !! very helpful, strangely would rather you got the correct suitable equipment instead of paying an unnecessary amount of money for something which would be of no benefit. They actually take the time to go over everything and advise of local clubs and cycle routes. It was a diamond find cannot recommend enough. If you are looking to start up or even just looking for advice Q-Bikes is the place to go and I have been round a few, goes to show the big places aren't always the best. Great work Q-Bikes!!

I went to get a service and my tyres changed on a single speed bike (£550 new in 2011). Got my bike back a week later the tyres has not been changed despite my discussion with the sales assistant on the best tyres for this bike along asking him to change them. I was very clear about the back pins which aligned the rear and adjust the tension of the chan. A week later had not been done nor was I contacted to let me know it would it would have been a bit more work than they had anticipated. Instead I got my bike back the rear wheel was not in alignment with the front. As I cycled it rubbed against the newly fitted rear break pads making it unusable (which took them a week) and I had to loosen the back wheel and adjust the rear breaks. Maybe if I had an £1800 Daws Galaxy they would have given me the time of day and done the job properly. Nice one Q Bikes.
