After losing my husband I dreaded having to choose a headstone and wording for him. This company were superb and made the whole process very easy for me. Katrena took an incredible amount of time with me and ensured I was completely happy with my choice. I was absolutely delighted with the result, and it looks absolutely stunning. I cannot thank them enough for making the whole process as painless as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would have given them 6 stars if I could.

We first used Quality Masonry Services when my daughter passed away in 1994. We had visited some local memorial companies and to be honest they were below par and very cold. When we met Katrena she was very welcoming and kind. She made us feel valued and was very compassionate. Katrena talked us through the various options and we left knowing it was Katrena we would get the memorial from. I had a lot of ideas of what I wanted and I printed out some designs. With Katrena, nothing was too much trouble. We sat and went through the design and typefaces. Katrena organised for a full sized print of our design so we could get an idea of the finished memorial. We opted for a design on the top left of the memorial and the granite stone had to be hand cut and polished. Again this was not any trouble for Katrena. The completed memorial was exactly what we wanted and more. We have a very fitting memorial for our daughter. When my father passed we went to Katrena to help us. Again a fantastic memorial. I would recommend anyone who requires a memorial or even advice to visit Quality Masonry Services. The service is second to none.
