Staff are completely unfriendly, ignorant and seem to enjoy making things ackward for customers.

Example is big queue to single working ticket machine. There was three ticket inspectors on other side of barrier. NONE would give us a ticket. Tone of voice plainly indicated resentment towards customers.

Great customer experience!!!!

It's a small station. All info is well-displayed and easy for traveller to access. And a staff in Scotrail info desk for help as well.

1st time here yesterday 01-08-17. And wow what can I say amazing my flight was delayed and didn't get there till 12.30. As my train line was having work done to it the staff got me a taxi to my location being a wheelchair users this was outstanding after the day I had had with flights. 😀 Top job to the night shift very friendly.

Station is an embarasment in a worderfully proud city. They should knock it down and start again. Nothing works at all except the dozens of thrives and beggars around the area.

User

Friendly staff, helpful and we're nice about me not knowing what I was doing lol!

Big Station, which makes difficult sometimes when you are about to catch a connecting train and not able to find platform in time.
