HAPPY SAMHAIN from the Fairy Craig on Burnswark hill....in folklore fairies were said to have kidnapped young men but more recently drones linked to an archeological dig fell out the sky, compasses have strong readings and the farmers quad flew into the air for no reason and smashed into tiny pieces....the fairies are clearly dont like quads!! Had a fantastic "Quest to Heal the Future" with International Masters Business Students (from Australia, Malasia, China, Canada, and America) on their summer School in Dumfries. We looked at a landscape with international trade routes and connections. From the Romans to Jardine Matheson. We explored the ethics of money and power and discussed how the British Empire behaved in Hong Kong, Malasia, China and India. Their project is to turn Quests and Retreats into a successful sustainable social enterprise....hmmm a bit of a challenge but Im looking forward to their advise! Dumfries and Galloway!
