Every session runs in 2 hour blocks e. g 12-2 2-4 etc.
Bar ends are a MUST on BMX bikes and Scooters.
Helmets must be able to fasten correctly.

Bar ends MUST be used when riding a scooter or bmx. Failure to have bar ends will end up in entry being refused.
Riders MUST wear a helmet. In-line bladers MUST wear helmet.
R-Kade advises that the appropriate protection should be worn
Under 16's MUST have parent /guardian to sign disclaimer form.
If the rider is under the age of 16 then you will need a parent /guardian over the age of 18 in order to sign your disclaimer form on your behalf.
Under 12's MUST have parental supervision at ALL times
Scooters must be fixed bar, cannot be folding or height adjustable.
Minimum age for park usage is 8 years old, apart from the Saturday and Sunday morning sessions (10-12) when the age limit is years 5-12.
