have just abandoned a disgusting flat we have been in for several months in Rodney street Edinburgh , my dad phoned the agents yesterday to say we had a serious infestation of mice. here we are a day and a half later no one has been in touch We have left the property with around 200 mice running around as we closed the door for the last time disgusting poor service

Have letted property from them a couple of times over the years and would highly recommend. Helpful, responsive and professional.

Found the guy to be extremely rude, an aggressive driver too who charges up bus lanes and knocks over cyclists. Avoid.

As a tenant, Ravenstone were amazing to deal with. They were fair and did not try to charge me for unnecessary things (like some agencies do!). Everyone there is friendly and helpful, and you really feel like you are trusted and can trust them. I was sad to leave them, and I always recommend to anyone I know who is looking for a home to check if Ravenstone has any listings.

You only need to look at the ratings of some of the other estate agents in Edinburgh to appreciate that a good company is a rare thing. Ravenstone are wonderfully friendly and quick to deal with any problems. Would definitely recommend.
