I’ve been riding mountain bikes for over fifteen years, and through this time I’ve committed myself to various different aspects of the sport.

Whether it be my early memories of tackling daunting obstacles, the progression of my racing up to a world level, making videos, working in the local bike shop or more recently undertaking large track building projects, I feel that all these things have shaped who I am as a rider and as a person.

Having gained so much enjoyment through my years of biking, it only seems right to now give something back through coaching and hopefully help even more riders feel the flow and get a buzz out of two wheels.
