I've never had any problems in this branch. It's the most helpful and friendly branch that I have been to.

The people who work in this branch I have always Helpful Friendly always smiling and try very hard to make you feel comfortable and any problem can be taken care of and dealt with thank you for all your help and assistance over the last 7 years

Still waiting for money to come in that I deposited 2 days ago.

i live in DALRY AYRSHIRE.The branch in dalry was a great bank.Very efficiant and gave great personal service,and very friendly always had a welcoming smile.so i now have to go to kilwinning to pay money in..the bank teller had one customer then it was my turn,The ice maiden behind the glass watched me as i struggled to get my money organised.i counted the money into her drawer,my head was down as i looked up she was stairing at me,studying me! not the money.she asked"what would you like me to do"i thought it was very obvious pay money in please.Not to drowl on the service just got worse her attitude and smarmey smug face because i forgot to put my card in machine,i had asked if anymore transactions were due off,n she says that depends if u,ve spent anymore money!i thoght she would be able to see details on her screen,she spoke to me as if i was a stupid child,i have a brain injury.so i got angery at her manner and approach with me.i stormed out i had enough i will b closing my account i have had for 26 yrs,That is a great job she has and doesnt appreciate it or her customers,i would b grateful if you could send this miserable lady to a customer care course.she kept that smarmey grin on and wasnt rude,it was the way she spoke and he attitude n nonshilont way,i was in the bank on saturday 19th 11.11amapprox cash number 10.yours sincerley miss gillian hall.acc no00261752 s/c 832344.that branch has been like that for years.needs a good shake up!
