Customer or not this is a must visit when in Edinburgh, purely to admire the interior of the banking hall. The photos will give you a feel for the place but you need to see it in person.

This beautiful building was previously known as 'Dundas House' now the head office of RBS. A good number of architectural aspects of the building are featured on RBS banknotes. A small beautiful garden outside which also has the statue of John Hope, 4th Earl of Hopetown. You can visit the bank though you're not a customer!

Good service and helpful staff. Don't be afraid to go in for a visit if you are not a customer. Remember to look up.
