Great bank. Great staff. Busy but they handle it well.

Standard bank, staff are friendly, and plenty of quick access drop offs, but quite a wait to be seen in person for those transactions that need it

Nine people in a queue and I was a most standing on Union Street . Only three advisers on which two of them were dealing with complex cases . No sense of urgency and no apology . Why was more staff not called to help /reassure customers ? No privacy /security at all , I was 5th in line and could still hear people's answers to there security questions . Yet again another disappointing visit from my local state owned bank .

The opening times over the weekend are 9am - 3pm and closed on Sunday. This is unacceptable.

Always need to queue for a ridiculously long time. They never have more than 2 tellers on at one time. Staff milling about don't seem to care/ notice the crazy waiting times. One older guy piped up once and good on him. Not everyone can comfortably stand that long.

all i wanted to do was to talk to a person to cancel an appointment. Not go through answering machines waiting for someone to pick up It's to expensive to be waiting on the phone for 15 minutes . There should be a separate phone number for this aka (Customer Service).
