Ok bank friendly staff

Despite saying here it's open 09.15-17.00 it is closed for lunch 12.30-13.30 when most working people need to access the branch, the next thing we will hear is this branch is no longer viable due to lack of use and is closing.

The Kelso branch staff, two in particular, are the most unfriendly unprofessional people you could ever wish to meet. If there not miscounting cash that's being paid in they lose and mislay cheques. If it wasn't for my eagle eyed wife these serious mistakes might just have been missed, It's absolutely ridiculous when you cant trust the bank staff with your personal finances. I'm a very unhappy customer and I'm moving banks and would strongly suggest to anyone to avoid the Kelso branch of the Royal bank of Scotland.
p.s one star for the one member of staff that's friendly courteous and professional B Barnes.
