Rbs Gogarburn

It's wonderful what the RBS is now doing for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship, the way forward for a stronger economy.

Dont think much of a bank that tries to change a referendum and gets involved in politics,,I for one will close my busineses accounts,move mortgage,and personal accounts also if they relocate to London

The staff are great...but further up the ladder, something is rotten...absolutely stinking...and has been for years.

It’s like 2008 never happened.

Not Gogarburn but RBS in general, why should customers be made to change the type of account that they are happy with to an account with higher monthly charges?

I hope you enjoy your Christmas drinks on me this year, charging me £96. £24 for unpaid transac fee and £72 for unarranged od usage (you won't give an OD). Now let me tell you what will happen here is because I don't have the funds in my account to pay this month you will save these up and hit me with them next moth along with the charges i shall have gained from this charge and hit me with the double.



Also can you tell me why if I put a cheque in I have to wait so many BUSINESS days for it to clear, but when you charge me you include Saturday and Sunday in your charge £6 per day. Also how does less than 7 days for 3/4 different DD justify you charging me £96 for one month charges.

I for one will be closing my account and moving it to a bank who has faith in the customers it is supposed to serve irrespective of the referendum outcome.......Royal Bank of SCOTLAND??? Don't think so!!!



Maybe if yous hadn't played fast and loose with our money the country would have not have had to endure the austerity cuts that we have due to bailing yous out!!

I cannot believe how bad RBS has become. I perhaps should copy on Facebook some correspondence I have had with the Bank since I am unable to post it on this site.
