Very meh, good atmosphere and the customer service is top class but the hair cut I got was pretty poor to be honest it looks rushed you're better going to the barbers a few doors down at least they take there time they don't have the gimmick of a beer with your haircut but they'll give you a great cut.

I've being going to this barbers for a year now and have had the delight of having my hair cut and beard trimmed by a number of different Rebel Rebel team members. I've mostly been a happy customer over the past year and have enjoyed the general vibe of the establishment. However, twice now I've had the worst customer service experience from the reception staff. Today she was rude, displayed unwarranted attitude and really needs more training. After being told my hair dresser who had cut my hair for 8 months had left, I was also told they didn't have a record of my appointment due to system issues. Yes, that's right. They were running their appointments off a mobile phone?! Interestingly they didn't manage to loose the other customer's appointments who were waiting to get hair cuts. This is after having received a confirmation text message the day before! And so to the hair cut...a newbie cut my hair...badly. He was a lovely guy and clearly suited to cutting simpler styles - and that's fine! But he cut my hair badly and then styled it the worst I've ever seen my hair styled by another human!!!! Bless him. 😅 Seriously, this is a place to avoid, you guys. Unless you have a really simple hair style and don't mind really awful customer service.

I came in without an appointment early on a Wednesday morning and they took me right away. The haircut I received was excellent which is rare for me. I would definitely return if I visit Glasgow again in the future.

The staff were great really friendly and I got a great haircut to boot from the trainee barber Jason. We talked about how I wanted my hair and he gave me great tips on styling and looking after my hair. Can't think of what the master barbers are like.

Here is the issue with Rebel Rebel, they are great if they are cutting hair that has already previously been cut professionally, they maintain hair well. First few times going they did a good job then suddenly one of them really scewed up big time, they left my hair in a way that is difficult to describe, but basically the sides were too high up, my hair looked like a toblerone bar on top, the middle of the point was cut shorter so it was like a trench in the top of my hair, and they completely missed bits, now I have been a good 5 or 6 times since and they pretty much refuse to fix it so it seems, they want to cut as quickly as possible to save time so they ignore it each time making the problem usually worse. Hiding the problem under product as to look like they did a good job. I have had ti fix this each time and you may ask why I keep going back, and the answer to that is that i keep telling myself "this time itll be fine, theyre good, they were good at the start so it must just be an accident" its not, they are continuously screwing up and Im done spending £25 for a cut that I would grudge paying for at all, bye Rebel Rebel, I will no longer be coming back, and watching your reviews go from 4.5 stars to 3.8 in a matter of half a year I can see that many will follow in my foot steps.

It's a wee bit more expensive than others but worth the great cut. the staff are all top people. Love the new Finnieston place. Very cool!

I have never been happier with a haircut before. The price is great for the service. I'm not a big talker, so there wasn't much patter but I enjoyed every part of the process and I love my new hairstyle.
