Went to the recovery lounge today had a fantastic session with Allan some great equipment and brand new as well. I would recomend the Normatec for legs I've had a recurring injury for years they work wonders. . The man's very helpfull he knows his stuff and is a great motivator . As soon as I left I joined the gym thank you so much Allan I'm gony get my finger out .

The best massage I’ve ever had , extremely professional and knowledgeable totally recommend!

Superb service. Personal In every sense of the word. Improved my techniques, giving me a greater work out. Will be back.

1st sport massage I’ve had in a while that ticked all the boxes followed by a short session on the normatec leg recovery system which was interesting, well worth a visit ���

Sorted out issues with my back, friendly and welcoming staff too, would highly recommend.

Myself and partner went and got a sports massage of Alan and used the normatec system, will definitely be back. couldnt recommend this guy enough.

Made me feel very comfortable during my PT session and knows his stuff, definitely would recommend

Legs felt stiff after training session so came for a visit and used the Normatec system on them as used by Gareth Bale. Found this to help so much. Allan was full of advice and explained everything in great detail. Can't recommend his business highly enough. Any questions on training or rehabilitation definitely get in touch with him ��
