Ordered from here on Thursday and was very impressed! Staff were polite and professional, and it was nice to be able to see all of our food being cooked. Everything was delicious, and we'll definitely be returning!

Never write a review but had to here! Food always tastes so fresh and delivery is always as estimated or quicker! Won't be going anywhere else when getting a Chinese definitely the best by far �

First time trying Red Koi and I loved it, the shop is so clean unlike many in the area, polite and courteous service and the main point my meal was delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back..

Definitely the best Chinese in the Stirling area. I have tried others and the food has been greasy, overpriced and extremely poor quality. But not at Red Koi! This is THE best Chinese I have had in the UK by a mile! I am not sure who is writing the negative reviews but I don't feel they are genuine and the quality of the food here is second to none! The prices are also very reasonable and the staff are lovely, I hope people won't be put off by the few negative comments made by others. I will definitely be back :)

Best Chinese food i have ever had.

Food tasty, quick delivery, roasting hot on arrival.

Everything tasted fresh and was very nice. My only slight criticism is that the chicken was to soft.

Ordered won tons & they came completely empty.



My friend called & was given the excuse that they come with a paste over them that tastes of chicken or prawn etc.

Although last time I had them, they had pieces of chicken in them.

Confused I then called & was told it was a bad batch that obviously went out & I probably wasn't the only one.



When asked what could be done, it was back & forward to the manager who was clearly in some sort of denial.



Absolute shite excuses due to fucking up an order.

Awaiting my refund & will not be ordering from there again.

over 2 hours waiting on food, that was after phoning to see where it was and they deliver the wrong food. first and last time ordering from these cowboys.

Usual fans of Yung Kee or Chiffon thought we would try Red Koi for a change as our daughter had some things to say about it..... The BBQ ribs were more bone than meat, the chicken balls were more like fillets and very greasy, chips were burnt and the curry sauce was like standby from Farmfoods we have in the house occasionally, my husband said his chicken fried rice was the worst he'd ever had, we don't get take away very often because it's too expensive, so you can imagine, when we were charged £5 more than the FB menu, then (bottle of juice when you spend £ 25) wasn't delivered........ Best case scenario, I would like an offer of all, or some of the bill back, but just to let people know that the food from here was VERY underwhelming indeed and will NEVER be back..... a TOTAL waste of hard earned cash, when most saw the bin ........ fuming!!!!!!!
