Hudson therapy helped us out this week with a few injuries and fitness testing of our boxers.
***************************************** ****** ATTENTION ALL CARDED BOXERS FOR REDCAR BOXING CLUB
At Redcar boxing we are blessed with young and mild athletes wanting to compete for our gym. We invest a lot of time and effort into making our timetable suit all levels of boxing. With our carded boxing group have the privilege to train 4 nights mon,tues,wed,Fri 6-7. If boxers in this class do not show up minimum 3 nights a week, please don’t take this personal but find yours...elf another gym to train at. We don’t have time for lads and girls messing coaches around and not showing up when every night we have volunteers making the effort to make the gym better. The coaches are all giving up time with their own families to invest in carded boxers.

The best fitness/boxing class in the whole world is back this week. Monday Tuesday Wednesday 7.30-8.30 £4 or £10 for all 3 nights

If aged between 8 and 16 male or female come to the community centre in Carlin how tomorrow morning and learn the basics of Boxing and get fit with Redcar Boxing Coach Mark Bowden. 10 till 11am £2 a lesson.
Little tick over session for Jon Jon Quinn this morning. Hopefully have him on Redcar homeshow end of March.

Went to my first class here tonight and felt like I'd been going for years. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Absolutely brilliant workout and developing boxing skills too! Variety of experience level and great coaches too.
Well done Frankie and Bob, you were brilliant teaching my son Joe, he enjoyed it, and can't wait to return
Top lads , great experience for any level of fitness , would recommend to anybody
Thomas has been coming for over 6 months now and he loves it....you can see the kids are loving it but getting a serious kick of fitness too. Far better than sitting on their butts with the iPad. Highly recommend.
