Our Zetland Gold Cup Sports Day competition winner has closed & the winner has been announced.
The going ahead of our race meetings on Monday 27th & Tuesday 28th May is Good to Firm, watering to maintain. Going stick reading 9.2

A few memories from today at Redcar...
IRISH eyes were smiling at Redcar today as jockey Robbie Downey notched up a double at the seaside track.
The young rider, from County Meath, scored twice for Thirsk trainer David Barron, aboard Frosted Lass and Venturous.

Our Best Turned Out Series leaderboard has really had a shake-up! Sarah Jones from Roger Fell Racing has surged into the lead, picking up two more rosettes for her work on Dancing Mountain and Elixsoft. She's closely followed by Julie Heneghan of Philip Kirby Racing, who won her second rosette of the season leading up Gordalan. These two dedicated stable staff are now leading the field, but it's far from over! As always, thanks to Millbry Hill Country Store for all their support.

A lovely day's racing comes to an end with the best finish on the card as Agravain, trained by Tim Easterby and ridden by David Allan, outbattles Thomas Cubitt to win the Introducing Racing TV Handicap Stakes by a head
Our final Best Turned Out Horse today is Well Funded from James Bethell. Laura Waterreus did a fantastic job getting her ready. Many thanks to Millbry Hill Country Store for their ongoing support, and well done to everyone who won a rosette today.
