It’s the best way to increase your cardio fitness, boost your metabolism, avoid weight & fitness plateaux & ultimately burn fat during & post workout for up to 72hrs. Pushing your body during shorter bursts of high intensity effort can achieve great results in less time than an hour long steady state cardio session. Sure you have to work harder but I prefer to think of it as... working SMARTER! Get all of the same health and fitness benefits in just 20 minutes. Who’s not up for that?
