Reface Scotland

I was really pleased with my units but one of the drawers has started to come apart. I phoned and spoke to Shiobhan, who advised me that as my kitchen is now older than 6 months (its 8 months old) I would need to purchase for £15 and new hinge repair kit which has Instructions attached, and they would post out. I think this is shocking and I only hope the rest of the units don't start to come apart.
Not acceptable customer service.
Never caught the name of the girl that just called me about the above review, who kept telling me that Shiobhan was dealing with this. As I said she is not, I said I would speak to my husband to see what he could do, not to see if I was was going to pay £15. So Shiobhan is not dealing with this.
Also if you thought I got irate I get like this when the person I speak to does not listen. Yes I did give reface a good review months back as I said above, but when a customer phones a few months later with a problem, they can change this review if not satisfied with response . I said on the phone it was the middle drawer but I was told I said on the phone door. I know what I said why say a door when it is a DRAWER. Someone not listening.

Not surprised after problems with work tops promised to get back to us by the end of the week (5 weeks ago) still no contact usual service VERY POOR........ what can I say be careful of you decide to go to this company.

We had two bedrooms fitted for one of our clients with beautiful made to measure wardrobes in the main bedroom and sliding robes for their daughter's bedroom, everything went well, and the special little odd sizings they were able to make cabinets to suit these areas and have it all coordinated.
We have previously used them for new kitchens and refacing, good quality materials with excellent staff and installations personnel, we would happily recommend Reface for your home, they have a full range of products to select from.

We had our kitchen refaced this week our cooker and integrated fridge freezer was also renewed.After 17 years we felt we needed a change.We are in our mid seventies and thought twice about the upheaval but we were pleasantly surprised.We would highly recommend all the workers that performed their duties to a very high standard.Acredit to Alex and his mates well done Reface.

Our kitchen was approaching 20 years of age and was starting to look dated. My wife and I thought hard about the options available and the disruption a new kitchen would cause.
The layout of the kitchen was the way we liked it. With the cabinets being of good quality and still in good condition we decided to check out Refacescotland.
We called in at their Hillington showroom where Margaret was very helpful with advice, this prompted us to arrange a free estimate.
The sales person (Barry) was very professional as was Walter the surveyor who came up with a few good ideas we never thought of.
However the icing on the cake was their fitter Zak who was extremely talented in his skill level and work ethic. His customer facing skills and professionalism are a credit to Refacescotland.
Subsequently our kitchen upgrade was completed over two days and exceeded our expectations.
I found Refacescotland very customer focused, very competitive in their pricing and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Cheap and Cheerful - You get what you paid for

We had our kitchen Refaced this week. It looks lovely. Excellent job by two very professional young joiners and a plumber who popped in to replace our sink. They were friendly, courteous and very clean workers. I would not hesitate to recommend Reface Scotland. Thank you.

We had new doors ,sink and worktops fitted .The fitters were two very nice young men.They were very tidy and made a good job of my kitchen.The showroom staff were good and every visit was on time .We are very pleased .
