Trained in the Original Ingham method of Reflexology and more recently Limbic Reflexology founded by Hamish Edgar which is providing a revolutionary breakthrough for pain, both physical and emotional and disabling conditions. Paula is trained to support clients with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, pain and stress management. Having worked as a tutor for adult with various community groups she is also able to offer advice on self-help techniques.
